Risoluzione dei problemi
1. La voce durante la chiamata non è chiara, non si sente.
a) Provare a usare un asciugacapelli per soffiare sul foro dell’altoparlante dell’orologio.
b) Provare a effettuare la chiamata in aree con un segnale SIM migliore.
c) Se l’altoparlante presenta problemi, contattare il servizio clienti per assistenza.
2. L’orologio non si accende.
a) Caricare l’orologio con un caricabatterie più lento (ad esempio, 5 V, 1 A o 2 A).
b) Caricare l’orologio per 30 minuti utilizzando la porta USB di un computer o un power bank, indipendentemente dal fatto che l’orologio si accenda o meno.
c) Sostituire il cavo di ricarica per verificare.
d) Consultare il manuale utente fornito con l’orologio per assistenza.
3. Il GPS non è preciso.
a) Impostare la frequenza di tracciamento nell’app Setracker 2 sul telefono cellulare su 10 minuti in modo che l’orologio possa inviare la posizione GPS all’app ogni 10 minuti, consentendo al cliente di determinare la posizione esatta.
b) Se l’orologio non riesce a connettersi a Internet, contattaci per configurare l’APN in modo che l’orologio possa stabilire una connessione di rete e inviare la posizione all’app Setracker 2.
c) Se l’orologio si trova in un ambiente chiuso, non può ricevere un segnale GPS. Pertanto, l’app visualizza informazioni sulla posizione errate.

I have been looking for kids watch to track my daughter going to and from school for quite long. We had 2G watch before then, but the 2G have two major disadvantage: they poorly locate (accuracy up to 500 meters), and they are slow in response when you try to locate them.These smartwatch are advantageous in front of others for the following reasons:- They locate the position relatively fast. I believe it takes not more than 10-20 seconds. While 2G watch (of a different brand) were locating for over 1 minute, which was long enough to panic when you lose your kid in the crowd- They locate accurate enough. Again, the accuracy is felt like 50 meters, which is enough to visually locate your child in the specified point- Battery is about 1.5 day long. So you have to charge it daily, but if you forget to charge overnight, then there’s a high chance they would survive until you child is back from school- They have vibration, so your kid can get the call even if there’s loud music around (you are in a festival for example)The most important advantage is a fast and very diligent support. The market of kids watch of any kind that I observe is still unreliable and have specific glitches still. That is why support is absolutely essencial. Here is when we need it it, and it helped:- The watch do not work with Simyo sim card 4G, only calls. (well, it is partially because Simyo is kind of not very debugged MVNO. For example my 2G kid watch did not work with Simyo in roaming in Belgium, though they worked with Lebara roaming). So I wrote to whatsapp (mentioned in instructions) for support and support was almost immediate, I tested all the options and realized, that Simyo will not work anyway, so I use Lebara now- The watch had only 1 glitch during a year. They stopped to charge all of a sudden. I whatsapped to support, and received instructions to get them working in less than 24 hours.- Another disadvantage that these watch have is working with se-tracker2 app, which is far from ideal in terms of UX (but usable anyway). The most annoying “feature” is that location of the watch is updated sometimes only if you click and get out of the map in the app for “refreshing”. Also, despite I setup the watch to renew location automatically every 10 minutes it actually doesn’t do it (or sometimes doesn’t do it), so you have to relocate manually.But, basically with this level of support you can forgive minor glitches these watch have, seeing that other models are even less reliable (out of what can be read from reviews). So 5 stars from my side.

We bought 2 of the watches and we have been using them for nearly 1year now. Both watches work really well and we are extremely happy with the quality as well as the customer service we have received.- the watch is a perfect size, my kids are 8 and 10, they fit in their wrist perfect fine and don’t feel bulky- it takes any SIM cards, we inserted a french SIM card bought from the post office and worked straightway!- it is really easy to use, all the essentials functionalities such as call, contact book and message are all there already. We have installed WhatsApp and Spotify for the kids too. All very straight forward.- There are limited games which I really like but options to add whatever app if we wanted to- I can fully control the watch from my app, add or remove contacts, see whom the kids have contacted and all the message exchanges. I can set the timer if they used for too long, give rewards for when they did something well… we can exchange message in the app too.- the customer service is absolutely amazing, any questions we had, we always got the response immediately. It feels like never is too much trouble for them and go beyond to help you all the way. I never came across any companies who look aftertheir customers the same way as they do.We definitely highly recommend this watch to anyone who is seeking a replacement of a phone but want to ensure their kids are safe.

Mio figlio felicissimo . La mia priorità era soprattutto quella di localizzazione GPS perché ormai prende la bici e va in giro per il paese . Con connessione wifi casa perfetto …io gasatissima. È uscito per fare una prova e mi dice “no apparecchiature di rete” che non so cosa voglia dire …ho visto che nelle domande compare spesso questo quesito ma mi sembra che non ci siano risposte per la risoluzione del problema. Vedremo…Rec2: appena ho avuto tempo ho contattato l’assistenza via mail …sono stati bravissimi. Dopo pochi minuti mi hanno risolto il problema tecnico ed ora funziona bene. Aumento di una stella.Rec 3 : devo dire che sono soddisfatta …anche mio figlio . Giusto compromesso per non comprare un cellulare a otto anni e tenerlo sotto controllo lasciando libero di essere più indipendente. A volte il GPS è più lentino ma preciso. Il cinturino già si è rotto ma prontamente sostituito con uno on line di 8 mm. Di stoffa ed elastico ..anche meglio.Rec. 4 Aumento decisamente le stelle da 4 a 5 per l’assistenza puntualissima e gentilissima che viene in mio aiuto ogni volta che ho un problema (legato sempre alla mia incapacità più che a difetti del dispositivo). [...]Preso per mio figlio di 10 anni prima dell’avvento del cellulare, comoda la possibilità di avere whatsapp, la geolocalizzazione è un toccasana per le mogli ansiogene :-) così può sempre vedere dov’è. La suoneria si sente bene, il display si vede bene e ha una buona luminosità, la batteria dura circa 1gg e mezzo, ma mio figlio è sempre lì a usarlo, quindi la durata è indicativa, se lo lasciasse stare forse arriverebbe a 3ggLa configurazione non è stata difficile, un po’ ci vuole ma nulla di trascendentale. Volendo trovare per forza un difetto direi lo spessore, se si adoperano vestiti dal polso stretto può diventare un po’ brigoso, ma spesso i ragazzini di 10 anni vestono larghi, per cui il problema non si pone.Prodotto promosso.

Le chiamate sia in entrata che in uscita si sentono chiaramente. Si scarica un app che si collega allo smartwatch e permette di tenere sotto controllo tutti gli spostamenti del proprio figlio. È di facile utilizzo e nel caso di problemi basta contattare il venditore a mezzo whatsapp e vi guiderà per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Whatsapp si può scaricare anche sullo smartwatch.Lo consiglio vivamente perché se cercate uno smartwatch con sim e gps, non troverete niente di meglio.
