EDITED: Turned out to be a problem with the shop where I was trying to return the package. I tried a different shop and it worked, so I could return the item and get the money back. But when something like this happens I think Amazon should be able to get in touch with their providers, so that they can figure out what is wrong.The watch did not work when it arrived, either the battery was defective or the watch itself was broken. You could try replacing the battery.. but what if it continues not working? Then you may not be able to return it anymore… Anyways, Amazon provides you with a return label. But, surprise, in the shop they reject the label, they say the code is not in their system. I call customer service, get new label, and it’s rejected again… like that 2-3 times. Now Amazon does not try to figure out what is wrong, they just suggest me that I pay for returning it to Germany (then ask for a refund).

Reso immediato.Il giorno dopo (e sottolineo il giorno dopo) arriva un nuovo articolo completamente integro.L’orologio si presenta leggero e non ingombrante.
