Purchased in March for $100 before bands. Wore the item daily for step and sleep tracking as I have own several cheaper and similar items that have lasted years…It is a week before Christmas and the back glass came off and it’s shutting down requiring the charger to go back on…. it shuts back down claiming overheating on the screen…I otherwise wise like functions and screen quality… I do not like the software experience as it requires too much info in the profile and nerfs the experience if you choose not….I am disappointed with overall quality and do not feel I have received value from this item…I feel at $100 I should have leaped to pay more and buy Garmin or buy a lesser expensive item and expect a similar or better experience….I have not contacted the company about this issue and today is day 1.

It has been only 3 weeks I am using it. So far, so good. The only thing I don’t understand it is why my Redmi Note 12 and the watch is asking me daily to “associate” again. I think the watch should recognize it. Also, I think the watch should be able to recognize that I am cycling, even if I forgot to say it.
