We bought a SIM card which I have tested with my phone but it seems the watch cannot connect online. The problem is that the smartphone app (YQT SMART) cannot connect with the watch, so you cannot even set up the time or the contact list. The watch works only for making and receiving calls. But all other functions are not working. It’s very disappointing. I cannot find any option for customer support. I will return it.

I don’t know what happened here. I received the watch last night. Put it on charging in the morning – tried to start it after 4 hours of charging as mentioned in the manual but it won’t start. Not sure if the watch is faulty or the charger. It came with 2 charging cables and I tried both. Has no way to get in touch with the seller so unfortunately returning it.

I got this watch for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and she absolutely loves it! The best part is that she can wear it to school, which I was worried about at first, but thankfully, her school allows it (though you might want to check with yours). One of the coolest things about this watch is that it comes with two different wristbands one like a standard Apple Watch band and another Velcro-style band. The Velcro option is perfect for younger kids because it’s easy to adjust, stays in place, and doesn’t cause irritation. It also has the option to be worn around the neck with an included lanyard, giving kids even more ways to wear it. The quality is fantastic for the price! It even comes with a screen protector and a rubber case, which is a lifesaver since kids can be pretty clumsy. While the product listing said it doesn’t include a SIM card, mine actually did, so maybe they’ve updated it. A nice surprise! The biggest letdown was that it came completely dead a little charge would’ve been nice so she could start playing with it right away. But once charged, she was hooked! It has tons of activities and games, and even after a week, she’s still discovering new things it can do. She loves taking pictures and playing games, and I love that I could activate it with any phone carrier. I added it to my Verizon plan, and because of my special phone plan, I only pay $11/month with taxes and fees, which is a steal!A couple of small downsides:• It’s a bit bulky, which I wish wasn’t the case.• The charger is a unique design, so if you lose both (it comes with two), replacing it could be a hassle. I make sure to charge it and store the charger in a safe place. A more common charging option would’ve been better. Overall, this is a great smartwatch for kids, and I’ll probably be buying another one soon since my younger daughter (almost 5) now wants one too! Hopefully, this review helps you get a better idea of what to expect. I enjoy writing reviews in my free time and hope to one day be part of Amazon’s Vine program it would truly be a blessing in disguise!
