It is a good looking watch and the price is right but -The watchband is very stiff, and the “day of the month” is so small you need magnification to read it.

This watch looks just as described. It’s casual and yet kind of classy. It’s simple to operate (unlike a previous one I had that had FOUR buttons and each button had many steps to program this, that, and the other thing. 😵💫) I just want a watch that tells time. And bonus this tells the date.It has 7 notches for adjusting to various wrist sizes and TWO bands to hold the left-over band length down and stay attractively in place. For SOME, it might be a little hard to read the smaller gold Roman numerals. I’m fine with it.I removed a star because the directions, which are really very simple, were TMI to read AND didn’t pass quality control very well. To set the time, it tells you to go counter-clockwise – which just messes up the date. But, common sense will tell you otherwise. I think this watch will be good for any occasion. The face size is just right and the gold color adds a touch of class to the very nice leather band. I’ve only had it a day. Hopefully it lasts. Also, please note: it is water RESISTANT not water PROOF.So far, I’m very pleased!
