L’intera area industriale è alimentata da energia rinnovabile grazie a pannelli fotovoltaici posti sopra il reparto stampaggio. Un investimento che si unisce alla continua ricerca di imballaggi a basso impatto ambientale e all’adozione di una politica aziendale volta alla riduzione degli sprechi.
Dopotutto, solo prendendosi cura dell’ambiente è davvero possibile rispettare il mare.

I bought this Seac Sporty light blue watch (when its price suddenly dropped) on Feb 3rd 2021. Now, mid-May, it has stopped. I got it mainly for beach and swimming, not for depths though it claims to be suitable for many fathoms down. It is amazingly light and yet large and rather ostentatious. In the sea it is easy to read in order to time our swims. I have noticed, however, condensation appearing daily behind the crystal after even the first swim, as seen in photos. I have not dived in it all so cannot comment at what it will do at 10m let alone 100m… The watch ticked on, however. The strap is just long enough to go over my wrist in a 5mm wetsuit, clicking on the last hole of the strap but then very secure. It’s a good fit on the bare wrist. I consider this a watch whose lightness and face visibility are its strong points. Its hands only are luminous and none too bright, but they are enough for some hours. It’s cheap and garish and I quite liked it, but i wish it didn’t have condensation inside. Not a good sign, and the condensation kept appearing so I contacted Amazon and they offered to either have it back or offer a 50% refund. I thought I’d persevere, so I unscrewed the back and put the watch face down on a radiator to dry it out. I carefully screwed the back down tightly against the circular rubber seal. But, after another swim, the same thing happened, condensation inside, and plenty, as you can see. The latest is that this morning I notice it has stopped, and whether it’s battery dead or the moisture in the electric motor, I do not know. Either way, although it looks new, bright and cheerful, it is not worth having, and certainly not for a diver whose life might depend on it. The back panel is held on by four screws, and leaks could easily occur along the edges. If it was hot on shore and then became much colder in the sea, the air inside would condense and suck in water. This watch could have worked well but it didn’t so I’ve instead bought a Casio with screw back and screw-down crown. I hope to return this SEAC now to Amazon for a full refund. If others have had no leaks with their SEAC Sporties, I am glad for them, but this leaking was just with swimming from the first outing, and quite unacceptable.
