You can also set both pairs of watches to operate separately as it comes with a control for each of the two motors. In terms of the motors, in a quiet room you will hear the unit running, but it’s not an annoying sound, just a bit of motor hum. You can also turn on and off the light depending on your preference and requirements as well. I leave mine on but if it were in my bedroom, I’d turn it off.The watch winder is appropriately sized to house two standard automatic watches. After having this for over a week, I would say the build quality is better than the cost of the unit.I would purchase this watch winder again should I have a need to increase my automatic watch collection.
