Comes in a large high quality embossed book style box which is suspended with foam inside another shipping box for extra protection.You get two straps with quick release pins which are a Milanese mesh style strap and a leather strap and fitting them takes a few seconds.I was made aware of ciga designs when i was offered the type U Blue Planet to review as part of the amazon vine program but alas i was beaten to it by another vine reviewer so i could not order it but i was intrigued about ciga and after some research i discovered they have been awarded some pretty prestigious awards for several of their watch designs and pretty much all of the video reviews ive watched have all praised ciga design and given positive reviews across the board so i decided to get this type c as a starter purchase and as my first automatic watch.I did manage to grab it with a decent discount paying £133 and im really happy with it.This Type C is certainly not the easiest to read the time with at first to be honest but after a while you get used to it.The look of the double sided see through case showing all the intricate parts of the seagull mechanism is just stunning and ive had quite a few comments from people when they notice it.Quality of the entire watch is really high for this price point and while it is just a basic time piece with only hours, minutes and seconds it functions perfectly and keeps pretty accurate time.I prefer to use the Milanese mesh strap myself which is comfortable to wear, easy to adjust to size and is even see through giving room for your skin to breathe which means its ideal for wearing all day.The watch does have a decent weight to it due to the thick steel case but its not overly weighty but enough to know your wearing it.I have built up quite a large collection of watches due to being a vine reviewer and while i do have a few gems in my collection among the nasty cheap ones this Type C is way above anything i have been fortunate to get for free via the amazon vine program and im now looking at grabbing a type X or Z next … The U is just way out of my budget … for now, but having caught the watch collecting bug i guess its just a matter of time before i convince myself to release all the dinosaurs in my wallet 😁The only real negatives i can see is it has no lume so reading the time at night is not possible and the sapphire crystal is quite reflective in bright conditions.For the cost and quality you get here this is certainly worth considering as a purchase especially at the current offer price of £125.

Emballage original, montre très sympa et look tendance. Je l’ai prise en noire. Bon rapport qualité/prix (achetée vers 150€)Automatique, la précision est correcte (+10-15 sec par jour pour ma part, ce qui est très correct surtout pour un mouvement Chinois) et la reserve de marche est bien de 40h (elle fait mieux que ma Tissot 40h sur ce coup là)Dommage (mais je le savais avant de commander) que les aiguilles (ou leur bout) ne soient pas luminescentes, car en conditions sombres, c’est assez difficile de lire l’heure. Dommage aussi qu’elle ne soit pas étanche (50 ou 100m aurait été suffisant) car avec 30m, c’est mieux de ne pas l’immerger.Je pense acheter la version argentée dans le futur (vue dernièrement à 125€!)

[...]Bello il packing con il quale arriva. Mi è arrivato una settimana e subito indossato. Il meccanismo funziona bene e per non ha perso o guadagnato molto. Bello il design ed è facile montare il cinturino. Ero un po’ scettico per le dimensioni ma posso dire che si porta bene in quanto non invadente. Consiglio l’acquisto.

[...]Non è l’ideale per chi ha _bisogno_ di sapere l’ora (la leggibilità non è sempre ottimale, e al buio è impossibile essendo totalmente privo di trattamenti fluorescenti).È ideale invece per chi è affascinato dalla manifattura orologiaia, dai movimenti meccanici, dal design (due premi importanti ricevuti parlano da sé) e vuole un oggetto-statement anche divertente e che con un po’ di ironia leva il dito medio verso gli smartwatch.

La prima volta ho pensato che non ho messo orario bene, poi ieri me ne sono accorta che di nuovo era di 6 minuti più avanti del orario giusto. Cosa potrei fare! Mi piace molto ma così non va bene. Capitato anche a voi? Cosa mi consigliate fare?

[...]Secondo CIGA, dopo il Series Z Edge Explorer che sto adorando e rimane uno dei begli orologi della mia collezione.Questo Series C ha vinto anche lui un Red Design Award nel 2017. E’ un orologio quadrato con calibro interno a contrasto rotondo. Non è mancanza di personalizzazione del calibro ma un contrasto voluto per richiamare una filosofia cinese per cui “il cielo è rotondo e la terra è quadrata”.Il calibro è un Seagull personalizzato con 19 rubini montato su un sistema innovativo che lo collega alla cassa tramite un elastomero che fa da ammortizzatore per shock e vibrazioni.E’ uno scheletrato molto trasparente, con vetro in zaffiro anteriore. Viene fornito con due cinturini, uno in pelle nera e uno in acciaio tipo “maglia milano”. Secondo me da il meglio di sé con quest ultimo però l’orologio non è leggero (molto più pesante del Series Z) e quindi per un maggiore confort è meglio rivolgersi al cinturino in pelle.Io l’ho preso nero. Sembra più un’anodizzazione rispetto ad una verniciatura. La lavorazione è di alto livello, come tutti gli orologi della casa. Il packaging a libro è innovativo, ecosostenibile e di grande impatto.

[...]Arrivato in 1 giorno con prime.Davvero molto bello, lo avevo adocchiato da diversi mesi fino a che mi sono deciso ad acquistarlo.L’orologio si presenta in una scatola molto elegante, in cui ci sono un cinturino in acciaio e uno in pelle, oltre allo strumento per regolare il cinturino metallico, e le istruzioni.Pro:design molto bello e particolarepresenti due cinturini, facilmente intercambiabili senza alcuno strumentoorologio automatico, quindi non necessita di batteriaContro:il meccanismo a vista non rende agevole leggere l’ora, quindi bisogna farsi l’abitudinedi sera è praticamente impossibile leggere l’oranel corso di una giornata l’orologio può rimanere indietro o andare avanti di pochi secondiNonostante i contro, do 5 stelle poiché gli aspetti negativi li trovo relativamente trascurabili. Probabilmente l’aspetto che più mi infastidisce è il fatto di rimanere indietro o andare avanti di qualche secondo, ma considerando che se non lo usi tutti i gironi l’autonomia è di 40ore, probabilmente sarà da caricare e regolare spesso. Mi riservo comunque di aggiornare la recensione dopo aver utilizzato l’orologio più a lungo.
