Day 1 Review – I’ve read a lot of reviews on this watch and thought I’d write up my own experience. The watch I got was the 47mm with the dark blue dial.The Order arrived from the US to Australia in less than 2 weeks (original tracking stated 1 month) and in good condition. Opening the yellow box everything was neat and pristine. Some reviewers complained about the cheap yellow packaging, but I think it’s perfect for a sub $200 watch.The watch itself is excellent quality, really looks like a much more expensive watch. It’s solid, heavy and surprisingly well-made. I prefer larger watches and this is perfect in the 47mm case. The band is also good quality, and I actually like the shiny middle part (Although I bought the Brita scourer to scratch it off like some others have done). Am keeping it the way it is. The band itself should fit any sized wrist as it’s quite large. For my thinner wrist, I removed 4 links quite easily with a watch kit I bought online and it didn’t take more than 10 mins to size up right. The smaller band sits well with the links removed and there is minimal jingling.Setting the time and date was fairly easy. You have to unscrew the crown first and click out once for date and twice for time. The two clicks are fairly close together, so took a bit of concentration to get right.Some reviewers complained about the Invicta logos, I think they’re all well made and don’t cheapen the watch at all. All of the details are well made and the date window is centred and magnifies well.The bezel is quite tight and turns anti clockwise, with a nice clicking sound. I might use some clipper oil to lubricate it as some others have recommended, which should fix this.The luminosity is great (see photo) although I haven’t tested how long it lasts for. It’s bright green and all of the elements are lit up, including the seconds hand.The watch is close to silent, but you can hear some fast ticking with your ear pressed onto it. The back window looks great, the internals look good quality.The colour I chose was the dark blue, as I found the black to look very plain on the photos, whilst the bright blue looked cheap on the photos. Am glad I got this as it looks blue in the light and almost black at some angles and lighting. There is no really green in this as some of the product photos suggest. It’s a solid navy blue, which works really well with the silver accents and luminous dials and hands.I haven’t tested the accuracy of the timekeeping, water resistance or length of luminosity but will update the review.Overall, am very happy I got this watch. Fast delivery and an attractive and quality timepiece that makes for a great present or part of a collection. Well deserving of 5 stars.

Era o relógio que eu já queria a muito tempo, ele realmente é lindo, ideal para quem tem uma mão grande, são 47mm então em mim ficou um tamanho muito agradávelPara manter ele sempre seguro e ser aprovado d água, é necessário rosquear o pino até o limiteO rotor do relógio já não vem mais em amarelo, pois a invicta está cortando custos, isso é um pouco triste, mas o relógio continua clássico e lindoSinceramente uma ótima compra, paguei R$447 na black friday da amazon, tive problemas com a entrega 2 vezes, a primeira cancelaram e tive que recorrer ao suporte da amazon, e fiz a segunda compra com desconto maior, estenderam o prazo de entrega por mais uma semana e finalmente chegouTirando a entrega o relógio em si é muito bom, bonito e chama muita atenção, simplesmente perfeito!

Quadrante verde spettacolare

Super economico che fa il suo dovere con un suo stile
[...]Deve solo piacere a chi lo indossa, dato che l’estetica è come sempre soggettiva.Sicuramente non è un omaggio ai super noti Submariner, causa dimensione molto maggiore (che io preferisco di gran lunga ai soliti storici 40 mm ed agli attuali 41), ma ha carattere proprio per i suoi 47 mm di diametro: e con il colore da me scelto (è un verde brillante) lo si nota molto.La costruzione è decisamente solida e ben fatta. Anche il cinturino è robusto: solo la fibbia di chiusura potrebbe essere leggermente più smussata (problema facilmente risolvibile per chi abbia un minimo di manualità con una pietra levigatrice).Per il resto, la meccanica non è delle più precise, anche se nei parametri tollerati: ma cosa chiedere di più ad un orologio meccanico ad un prezzo così competitivo? CONSIGLIATO
