For the list price it should have just been a band. But it’s a whole working smart watch with a very nice always-on display and a pretty well sorted suite of apps!While it does need to tether to your phone, it handles a notifications and weather, plus sleep, exercise and stress tracking. The pulse rate was accurate, too.My regular smart watch is an Apple Watch 5 and while that has better connectivity and apps, I’m in love with the big round display on the X20.The box has a charger, the watch, instructions, and a spare sport band. I have no idea what long term reliability will be but it does have a water-clear function so it must be at least splash-resistant.I’d give this to the kids without a second thought and probably no regrets if it ended up lost. The price makes it easy to replace.

Ok, I trusted my intuition on this one. I’ve reviewed dozens of watches. There were no reviews and no complete pictures on this one. I only noticed, after some searching, that this watch used a 1.43 inch display.1.43 inch display? That probably meant that the watch was round and had a gorgeous super high definition AMOLED display instead of the cheap lower resolution LCD display.Bingo!Wow! What a nice watch. It comes with a silicone band and a nylon band that are interchangeable.The AMOLED display also allows for an Always On Display (AOD), pictured. It’s a low energy consumption watch face that appears when the main screen times out, instead of a blank display. It’s kind of like a conventional watch. There is no need to raise the wrist to see the time.There is a variety of watch faces and AOD watch faces built into the watch, and many more that can be downloaded via the accompanying phone app.There are plenty of useful apps built into the watch, including a calculator app.Opinion: This watch should cost 10 times what the watch is listed for at the time of this writing.Highly recommended.

This watch is very nice, however my only complaint is that it does not have the ability to change the volume of the alarm sound. Unfortunately I got this watch to use the alarm with vibrate to wake up in the morning without waking up my wife. I contacted support and was told the feature does not currently exist. Since the alarm sound is so loud, I can’t use the watch for this purpose. My previous 3 smart watches had this ability but they are broken. Other than this, the watch is great, it has a clearer screen than my old watches and I like that the watch face is round and comes with 2 different straps. Overall the watch is worth it. Hopefully there will be an update soon that allows disabling the audible alarm sound to enable vibrate only.

I am amazingly pleased with this watch, especially for the price (only $9.99 at time of order!!!!). If this were at a more comparable, $30-$40 price point, I am not sure if I would order, but the quality cannot be beat for the price.Pros:- gorgeous display – vibrant colors, always on clock, customizable display, easy to flip through everything you need from the front page- large, crystal clear display that responds easily to touch- tracks steps accurately- seems to track heart rate accurately (when compared to my effort level – I don’t have another heart monitor to check it against)Cons- sleep tracker is inconsistent. The first time I used the sleep tracker, it recorded my sleep as starting before I actually fell asleep, and said that I woke up around 3:30am, when I actually woke up around 7:45. I have had nights where it seemed more accurate, but I have difficulty trusting it with some nights being as off as they are- exercise – biggest concern is the distance tracker – I don’t quite trust the distance tracker on this watch. I consistently end up with runs that are recorded as faster and further than I expect them to be. This could be great motivation if you feel like tricking yourself into enjoying running and want to feel like you are overperforming, but it doesn’t seem accurate.- Running cont. – I wish there were a way to program one of the buttons to start/stop your stopwatch. I have, on a few occasions, stopped my watch for a stop light, and then tried to press the play button when I started running again, but apparently missed the play button on the display, or accidentally double pressed it or something, because I will check my watch several minutes later and it will still be paused. I would love to be able to click a physical button so that I can be sure it has been pressed without triple checking.- running cont. – I also had one experience where my run seemed to end on its own! I have no idea what happened here, but I went to check my watch at one point and it displayed that my run had been ended. This was on my longest run that I used this watch on, and I haven’t had any other issues with that particular problem, but it was certainly a bummer.

I love this watch. Let me count the ways.The first thing that struck me was how nice the band felt, the moment I picked it up out of it’s box and I also noticed that it comes with a second velcro wrist band for those who prefer that type.Next I charged it, and its charger uses magnets to attach itself to the backside of the watch face, super easy! When I turned the watch on, I was immediately struck by the vivid colors of the display. Im pretty sure this screen competes with my very expensive other watch made by one of the two big names.I finally got around with pairing it with my iPhone. There was a card in the box with a QR code that I scanned with my phones camera that took me to the app so I could download it.Pairing the app and phone was seamless and easy. Anyone who can read should be able to handle it without stress.Once I had it paired and started looking at the app, I seen this watch does the cool and important things I need it to do. It measures my pulse ox levels, sleep patterns, steps per day, stress levels, and asked me about my weight which I may or may not have lied about.Changing the watch face was super easy as well, done in the app. The app was designed very well with too many features to list, I am impressed very much. There is even a chat function in the app in case you need customer service.I say Buy it! This is my highest possible praise of an item, regardless of what I paid for it.I give my honest thoughts in my reviews in both my paid items as well as my items I received to review.
